Diagnostic & Therapeutic Injections
Injections are a proven interventional pain management treatment to relieve back pain from conditions that cause inflammation and pressure on the nerves or joints in your back or neck. Injections can be used for therapeutic purposes to reduce inflammation or block signals, as well as diagnostic purposes to pinpoint the exact cause of your pain to build a treatment plan that will deliver long-term relief
Spinal Cord Stimulation & Neuromodulation
Neuromodulation procedures are evidence-based interventional pain management treatments that help address a wide range of spine and nerve-related conditions. These minimally invasive techniques impact how the nervous system sends pain signals, helping prevent the pain signal from reaching the brain and are used when more conservative treatments like injections do not provide long-term relief. With Spinal Cord Stimulation, a small generator implanted in the back sends mild electrical impulses to the spinal cord that interfere with the transmission of pain signals to the brain, masking your back, leg, or nerve pain. Peripheral Nerve Stimulation follows a similar approach, but instead of targeting pain signals sent from the spinal cord, it targets pain signals sent from the peripheral nerves (those located outside the spine or brain) closer to where you feel the pain, such as in the arms, legs, or shoulders.
Minimally-Invasive Spine Procedures
Minimally Invasive Spine Procedures involve the use of small incisions, image guidance, and specialized tools to access and treat the spine with minimal disruption to surrounding tissues. These techniques reduce trauma, speed up recovery, and lower the risk of complications. They are ideal for patients with spine-related pain who haven’t responded to conservative treatments like medications, physical therapy, or injections, but want to avoid major surgery.
Orthopedic Surgery
Orthopedic surgery is a specialized branch of medicine focused on correcting joint and musculoskeletal issues through surgical intervention. When nonsurgical treatments such as physical therapy, injections, or medication no longer provide relief, surgery may be the best option for restoring mobility and relieving pain.

EMG & Nerve Conduction Studies
EMG and NCV studies are diagnostic tests that measure the electrical activity of muscles and the speed of nerve signals in your body. These studies are often performed together to help diagnose a wide range of nerve and muscle disorders, including nerve compression, pinched nerves, and neuromuscular conditions.
