Prior to joining PartnerCare, Amy spent over 20 years in public and private healthcare verticals including long-term care, transitional care, therapy, home health, dental and ISNP. She was the chief operating officer for Stonerise Healthcare in Charleston, West Virginia and Great Expressions Dental Center in Southfield, Missouri. Her proven ability to launch a new venture as well as reinvigorate established teams with a focus on financial health, patient care and employee engagement makes her a great asset to the PartnerCare team. She holds a bachelor’s degree in speech language pathology and a master’s degree in communication disorders from Marshall University.

Prior to joining PartnerCare, Trip served as an investment banking associate and analyst at Lincoln International, a Chicago-based mergers & acquisitions advisory firm. While at Lincoln, Trip executed 25 transactions across the health care, services, and industrials sectors. His responsibilities included providing strategic advice to clients, leading the day-to-day process, and directing due diligence processes. Trip has also consulted for multiple mid-market businesses and startups to create strategic plans, implement standardized operating processes, and develop KPI packages. He holds an M.B.A. from Chicago Booth and a B.S. from Washington & Lee University.

Jack is a results-driven corporate development and mergers & acquisitions leader with over 15 years of experience in fueling growth across various sectors, including healthcare, consumer/retail, education, financial, industrial, and technology. Prior to joining PartnerCare, he held growth leadership positions at PE-backed multi-site organizations Spring Education Group and Elite Dental Partners. Jack's extensive expertise extends to public and venture-backed companies, and he has successfully closed nearly 40 deals with a total value exceeding $2 billion. Jack began his career in investment banking at William Blair in Chicago, and he holds an M.B.A. with honors from Northwestern-Kellogg and a dual B.A. degrees in economics and Japanese studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
