We are a physician-led organization. Chief Medical Officer Lowell Davis, D.O., Chief Clinical Officer Chandresh Viradia M.D., and our physician shareholders take a hands-on role in setting our culture, defining clinical protocols, and training and mentoring new providers.

At PartnerCare, our people come first always. Our employee value proposition is rooted in a simple belief: when clinicians and care teams are supported, empowered, and respected, patients receive better care.

We foster a collaborative, inclusive environment where relationships matter, voices are heard, and professional growth is encouraged at every stage.
