Outside of work, Richard enjoys exploring National Parks, hiking scenic trails, and seeking out unique travel spots that are a bit off the beaten path.
Chief Operating Officer
Trip Cole serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at PartnerCare. Trip focuses on driving operational excellence, standardization, and organic growth across PartnerCare’s practice locations. Prior to assuming his current position, Trip held roles as President of Operations and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at PartnerCare. Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst at Lincoln International, a Chicago-based mergers & acquisitions advisory firm, and has also consulted for several mid-market businesses and startups to create strategic plans, implement standardized operating processes, and develop KPI packages. He holds an M.B.A. from Chicago Booth and a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University. Outside of work, Trip enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors with his wife Megan and dog Moxie, and watching sports.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Lowell Davis serves as the Chief Medical Officer at PartnerCare. Dr. Davis is a highly skilled interventional pain management specialist with over 20 years of experience in the field and is double-board certified in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management. Dr. Davis completed his residency and fellowship at Northwestern University Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL.
Dr. Davis founded Florida Spine & Pain Center in 2004. Since then, Florida Spine & Pain Center has grown into a leading interventional pain management practice in Southeast Florida with locations in Miramar, Hollywood, and Lauderdale Lakes, FL. Throughout his career, Dr. Davis has been committed to staying at the forefront of pain management techniques and has extensive experience in a wide range of interventional procedures, including radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, the MILD procedure, and other minimally invasive spine interventions. His passion for education and advocacy is evident in his ongoing efforts to mentor the next generation of pain management specialists and raise awareness about the importance of effective pain treatments.
Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Chandresh Viradia serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at PartnerCare. He is a highly esteemed pain medicine specialist and is double-board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. Dr. Viradia completed his fellowship in Pain Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH, where he was honored with the Ethelee R. Smith, M.D., Fellow of the Year Award, and completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, IL, where he distinguished himself as Chief Resident.
Dr. Viradia founded Axis Spine & Pain in 2006. Since then, Axis Spine & Pain has grown into a leading interventional pain management practice in Central Georgia, delivering exceptional patient care and offering minimally invasive treatment options for patients in Macon, Warner Robins, and Dublin, GA. Dr. Viradia's clinical expertise spans a wide range of pain management areas, including fluoroscopicguided injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, Botox injections, and the management of failed lumbar surgical pain. His dedication to patient care, compliance, and mentorship exemplifies his commitment to clinical excellence in pain management.
Vice President of RCM & Growth
Conrad serves as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management & Growth at Partnercare, where he is responsible for optimizing revenue processes and spearheading initiatives that drive the company’s expansion. With over 11 years of experience, Conrad brings a distinctive combination of analytical expertise and leadership acumen to the organization. Prior to joining Partnercare, Conrad held key positions including Director of Client Delivery – Physician Revenue Cycle at Ensemble Health Partners, a Cincinnati-based revenue cycle management company, Epic Coordinator at The Christ Hospital Health Network, and Vice President of Operations at OrthoLive. In these roles, he successfully implemented standardized operating processes, enhancing efficiency, revenue, and user satisfaction while minimizing unnecessary learning curves. Conrad holds an M.B.A. from Xavier University’s Williams College of Business in Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Kentucky. Outside of work, Conrad enjoys staying active through regular workouts and golfing, finding balance and focus both in the gym and on the golf course.
Chief People Officer
Renee serves as the Chief People Officer at Partnercare, bringing nearly two decades of experience in Human Resources leadership. She is passionate about enhancing the employee experience, fostering high-performing teams, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive operational excellence.
Before joining Partnercare, Renee held a key leadership role within the Shore Capital family, where she was instrumental in developing a scalable HR function for Tandem HR, which was later acquired by Vensure Employer Solutions. Prior to her time at Tandem, she spent nearly 13 years at Target, refining her expertise in leadership development, talent management, and team building.
With a strategic approach that has consistently improved employee engagement and reduced turnover, Renee is dedicated to cultivating an inclusive, values-driven culture at Partnercare. Her leadership will be instrumental in guiding the organization through growth and transformation while ensuring a strong and engaged team!
Outside of work, Renee stays busy as a dedicated dance mom to her daughter, serving as the lead parent on the dance company parent board. She's also an active football, baseball, and taekwondo mom, supporting her children's various activities. When she's not cheering from the sidelines, Renee enjoys working on house projects, bringing creativity and a hands-on approach to home improvement.
Vice President of Strategy
Ryan Wukie serves as Vice President of Corporate Strategy at PartnerCare. Ryan focuses on executing the company’s growth strategy, managing strategic charters, and overseeing PartnerCare’s data analytics and KPI reporting. Prior to joining PartnerCare, Ryan served as a Vice President at Raymont James and held investment banking positions at Lazard Frères & Co. and Bowen Advisors. He has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, and business development that has led to the successful completion of numerous high-impact engagements. Previously, Ryan worked at Hercules Capital and General Electric. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with concentrations in finance and accounting, and a minor in economics from Northeastern University. In his free time, Ryan enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends.
Controller
Jason serves as the Controller at PartnerCare, leading the organization’s accounting operations and financial reporting functions. With a strong foundation in public accounting and a passion for process improvement, Jason brings deep expertise in financial controls, systems implementation, and operational efficiency to support PartnerCare’s mission of delivering high-quality patient care. Before joining PartnerCare, Jason spent six years at Deloitte, where he developed a robust technical skill set across multiple industries. Since transitioning into the PE-backed healthcare sector in 2023, Jason has played a key role in optimizing accounting workflows through system automation and technology-driven solutions, contributing to scalable financial operations during periods of rapid growth. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida and a Master of Accounting from North Carolina State University. He is also a licensed CPA. Outside of work, Jason is an avid soccer fan who enjoys playing sports and spending quality time with friends and family.
Talent Acquisition Partner
Haden serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Partnercare, specializing in sourcing top-tier healthcare talent. His role is crucial in ensuring the company is staffed with individuals who align with Partnercare’s commitment to excellence in interventional pain management. With a strong background in recruitment across various healthcare sectors, Haden brings a strategic approach to talent acquisition. His expertise in identifying exceptional candidates and creating a positive candidate experience has been instrumental in Partnercare’s growth and success. Haden holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Boise State University. Outside of work, he is an avid football fan and spends quality time with family and friends, reflecting his belief in balancing a fulfilling personal life with a rewarding career.
Director of IT
Zach serves as the Director of IT at Partnercare, where he is responsible for overseeing the company's technology infrastructure and ensuring the seamless operation of all IT systems. With a comprehensive background in IT management, Zach brings a wealth of experience in optimizing technology solutions to support Partnercare’s strategic objectives. Before joining Partnercare, Zach held several key positions in the IT field, including Systems and Services Manager at 7Layer Solutions, NOC Night Manager at E2 Services, and L2 Help Desk Analyst at Groupon. In these roles, he developed a deep expertise in systems management, network operations, and technical support, driving improvements in service delivery and system reliability. Zach attended Elgin Community College, where he focused on developing his technical skills and understanding of IT systems. Outside of work, Zach enjoys kayaking and gaming, reflecting his passion for both adventure and technology.
